The problem

Where it started.

JRNYs wanted to enter metabolic health, longevity, and women’s health with a serious clinical platform — not a re-skin of the dozens of GLP-1 storefronts already on the market. The brief: build a telehealth + commerce stack that handles compounded medications, lab orders, supplements, and provider workflows under one brand. Across 50 US states, with HIPAA-grade privacy and LegitScript compliance. From scratch.

The build

What we shipped.

Designed and shipped Kinsyn.com end-to-end — three category fronts (Weight Management, Longevity, Women’s Health), each with its own intake quiz, eligibility logic, and state-by-state regulatory routing. Built the product catalog around 24+ SKUs spanning Tirzepatide / Semaglutide / NAD+ / HRT / supplements. Wired the patient portal, provider workflows, lab ordering, and a Membership flow on top. Shipped on schedule with full compliance scaffolding (LegitScript-listed, HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, cancellation policy, terms) live on day one.

Kinsyn went live as a credible new entrant in one of the most competitive — and most regulated — corners of US healthcare. The platform handles intake, eligibility, prescription, lab orders, and supplement commerce under a single brand. Daily uptime monitoring, automated quiz-flow regression checks, and a category-by-category competitor watch (Hims, Ro, Calibrate, Henry Meds, Tailor Made, Elysium) running since launch.
