The problem

Where it started.

Skin Laundry treatments are medical-grade and require NP/PA approval before a client books. The legacy EMR couldn't capture consistent client photos — inconsistent lighting, pose, and chart structure forced approvers to scroll through blank fields and switch clinic views just to greenlight a single treatment. Approvals lagged. Headcount climbed.

The build

What we shipped.

Designed a new EMR with structured photo capture, regulated photo standards, and a single approval queue across all 50 clinics. On the consumer side, replatformed skinlaundry.com onto Builder.io as a headless CMS with a fully componentized design system — stakeholders self-serve content updates without engineering tickets.

The result

What it did.

Operational cost savings of $250K+ on the EMR alone — equivalent to multiple registered-nurse FTEs. Site rebuild saved a further $300K in annual content/dev OpEx. Across the broader transformation, $7.2M in operational savings and 50 clinics launched globally on a stack that can carry the next 50.
